Terms and Conditions
All services provided by DEALT4U are subject to the following terms & conditions:
01) Payment must be received before any service will commence.
02) You must be over 18 to order one of our services.
03) Our service is only available in the UK.
04) Any service ordered from us will be confirmed via email confirming the date time and cost.
05) We have the right to refuse or reject any service, at any time.
06) The price will be settled in the confirmation email and payment must be made in full at dealers arrival. Any queries about the price must be made 24hrs before the event.
07) Delivery of our packages are included in the price around the south west London area, any other destinations are charged extra accordingly.
08) We are not responsible for delays beyond our control e.g. unexpected traffic conditions, bad weather conditions etc. and if we are unable to provide the service due to these conditions you will be offered a replacement on another date or a full refund.
09) We have the right to abandon an event if our dealers feel threatened or offended, and the customer may face criminal charges.
10) Our dealers have the right to take a 5 minute break every hour, or 15 minutes every 3 hours.
11) The customer is responsible for any damage sustained to our equipment apart from wear & tear.
12) Decisions made by our dealers are final unless all players agree unanimously otherwise.
13) Any cancellation must be made 48 hours prior to an event unless booked within that period. Failure to comply with this will result in any payments being non refundable.
14) As the location will be a work place for our dealers you may only smoke at the dealers discretion.
15) We are not liable for any injuries sustained whilst using our equipment.
